Sticky Recovery is sticky.io's native revenue recovery service that leverages machine learning to minimize false declines and improve rebill rates.

Body Params

sessionId

string

A unique identifier specific to the dunning session. Automatically generated if not provided. This should be submitted in the request to obtain subsequent retry attempts. It informs the system what retry attempt number the dunning session is on.

bin

string

The Payment Account Number (PAN) or Bank Identification Number (BIN) is linked to the payment method and should consist of a minimum of 6 digits when utilized.

paymentProvider

string

The selected payment provider or gateway used for the payment transaction.

declineCode

string

Code or reason provided by the payment provider indicating the reason for payment failure.

amount

string

Actual value of the payment that is being processed.

currency

string

ISO 4217 Code for Type of currency in which the payment is being made.

The email address associated with the payment transaction.

phone

string

The phone number associated with the payment transaction.

gatewayTransactionId

string

This is the unique identifier created by sticky.io when a merchant connects their payment gateway.

paymentProfileId

string

The unique identifier for the failed transaction assigned by the payment gateway.
